Creating Individuals & Organizational Destinies
Organisiations like individuals have their own behaviours, values, functioning systems and therefore destinies. They too are born. They rally and they rout. Their lifespan, their glory or their decline depends on the personal and collective beliefs that the members of the organisation hold.
Our beliefs, worldviews and life views determine our actions, our attitudes, our present and our future. Aligning beliefs and views of the individuals with the team and of the team with the organisation would create a oneness in thought, purpose and action leading to unbelievable achievements.
